Doesn't go by odometer, goes by a black box in your vehicle that is tracked by gps.
what about the big exc. that ride in there limos, do they get taxed?

Hey highway patrol, it wouldn't read off of your odometer, the gps chip would track your mileage. changing out your odometer would do nothing. BTW, this is what everyone gets for voting Obama in office, and letting the democrats have free reign. Congrats, it is going to be a terrible 4 years.
